I would like to invite you to join Paul and myself for a night of fish and chips at Springfield, our home in Te Horo.
Feedback from our last dinner on Mother’s Days was so positive we have decided to do it again. This time I am going to give classic New Zealand fish and chips a little tickle up by adding some tasty extras like prawns, oysters and even some truffles to finish it all off.
The dinner will be held at Springfield on Friday 25th June 2010

On a final note there are still a few places available on our Winter Series cooking school classes, you can view the classes here. For those interested in Spanish food, the black footed ham is on its way to the classes!
